The Sun Reigns

Finally, the sun awakes
Grey blanket has given way
To a bright and sunny day

The sky’s a lovely blue
Happy smile on my face
Reflects the joy from my inner space

Sunglass on my face
Happy steps spring away
Can’t wait to start the new day.
