Rain Rain Go Away

An endless rain
The rainbow skived
The journey to work is a pain.
Along the way
Across wet streets
Weary souls trudged away
Wet brollies sheltering their feet.
The sun withers
For three solid days
What a dreadful weather
I hope it’s not here to stay.
